AWS Enterprise Support
Bulletproof Managed AWS includes AWS's highest level of support to ensure the most rapid response possible by Bulletproof to infrastructure faults directly from AWS on a 24/7/365 basis, including access to a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) and priority escalation directly to senior AWS support engineers for high severity faults. Configuration and Deployment
Ensures secure and smooth roll-outs, including accurate technical requirements gathering and customised AWS infrastructure configuration and deployment for network and server level services in both Windows and Linux deployments with a high availability design. Bulletproof will provision and manage all your AWS services, including: EC2, S3, RDS, ELB and EBS.
Enterprise Architecture Design

Dedicated Account Management

Host Monitoring, Alerting and Reporting

Service Monitoring, Alerting and Reporting
Monitoring of host-based services such as SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH on a real-time basis, combined with proactive troubleshooting and escalation on a 24x7 basis, assisting you with maximising the availability of your critical services.
Authorised Contacts
Strict processes allowing email or support liaison to confirmed authorised contacts only ensures mitigation of human engineering security compromises.
Proactive Service Management
Highly skilled engineers will be monitoring your servers 24x7x365 for any critical alerts relating to function or capacity and will proactively troubleshoot to prevent potential issues.
